At CFC we believe in giving back to the community. In 2007 we began researching a few of the charity organizations in and around Cape Town in order to find the one that best suited our vision.We chose Ubuntu Africa.

Ubuntu is an African concept based upon the connection of all human beings and sharing what you have to help another. As Nelson Mandela put it: "Ubuntu [is] that profound African sense that we are only human through the humanity of other human beings... [and] has added globally to our common search for a better world."

Ubuntu Africa (UBA) provides support services and access to lifesaving healthcare to HIV positive children, teens and pregnant women in Khayelitsha, South Africa. UBA offers comprehensive community-based programs that address the needs of these young people and pregnant mothers and is also committed to fostering an empowered attitude towards HIV/AIDS among young people in South Africa and beyond.
